Every Saturday night, Sally and Felix foster family treat them selves to a movie and dinner downtown. Of course, they leave Sally and Felix at home. The two foster kids sneak out of the house. They have their own ideas for having fun. They go out to the traffic light at Third and Popular. Sally stands on the driver’s side of the street, and Felix on the other. “Yo, Felix, here comes one of them rich mudders now. Wait until the light turns red.” When the light turns red— “Click” “Screech” Felix jumps out, and lays himself across the hood of the car. “Thump” He makes ugly faces, sticks his tongue out at the driver, and licks the windshield. Nah-nah-nah-nah-naaaah Tweet Lick-lick-lick. “Hey, you stinking little punk— get off my stinking car. Go lie in the gutter where you belong.” Sally raps on the window, hollers in— “Yo mister— gimme a dollar and I might be able to talk him off your hood.” It always works. Sally and Felix are saving their dollars for when they make their big escape. Bobby |

And so the adventure continues...You uncover an interesting world we live in...Yes, life has light at the end of the tunnel and it can lead to great joy and personnal fulfillment...it will be interesting to see when or if they find the light in their lives...you bring them to life very well...*Big Hugs* |

Startime55, Thanks for reading, and for the kind words. Sally and Felix are going to make out just fine. They're a tough pair of cookies. Bobby |
