I used to feel….
emotion in your words
It made me feel…..
as if walking in a cloud
But something happened
I must of fallen off your cloud
Must of turned you off some how
I no longer see those words
Like I used to see them then
What made you turn so cold
I’ve yet to understand

Just the memory of that cloud
Is what keeps me hoping still
For one day to get it back
But never losing sight
That I may never get it back
Always thought you'd never change
Thought thispromised, you would keep
That consistency would always be
No surprise was this to me…

I sometimes need that cloud
but its just wishful thinking
detachment is the feeling
As if purposely derailing me
As if teaching me a lesson
that loving is a weakness

Warmth you show me still
when you spoon me in your sleep
We now lay on that one cloud
That I used to ride alone…

my dear Jen, a beautiful poem and a warm painting. Along life, sometime we do need to let ourselves imagine that some one is holding us, rocking us, pampering us and spoiling us. the dream or the heavenly love. May you be well loved and pampered.

again , a beautiful and very emotional poem. I wish I can let my feelings flow out like that.  most of the time, i cling on my silly logic.

take care and wish you a very good and happy night

My calm center,
my inner refuge and anchorage,
my quiet place of tranquility and solace,
my magic well from which I draw the courage and strength
to batter through this veil of tears.
She, my inner muse,
the only one who, though the world might do its worst,
will never, ever leave me,
because she is my Life, my soul.
