Unleashed

forgive me
I didn’t mean to love you
just got carried away on the wind
and rain was a storm I didn’t know
all was so unintentionally done
unleashed
first just a single drop
then the sky fell out of the clouds
shivering warmth to be mist covered
and I drank
I drank with a parch unquenched
to have my fill of different liquid
they ran deep to pores of my bones
forgotten places of ash that now
are the waterfall of your name

wow!!! what a powerful love poem. I love this type of poem...the feeling is so strong and true. It was not the touching type,it was the tsunami type. wonderful

I think this is one of the best poems I have ever come across and I dont say that lightly..
