Midnight Chime

Confused as hell, I hear the bell,
a moment froze in time.
As clock strikes twelve at midnight
which day is on the chime?

Yesterday, Tomorrow... or Today,
where does it go?
What is this moment lost in time,
which day? ...I'll never know.

You may think I should not worry,
whatever is the day.
But moments of my only life
are lost by me this way.

So tell me as the midnight chime
rings fleeting time away.
Is it now, before or after
that I'm losing every day!

Ivor G Davies

The moment created this second, is a  moment that's going to last.
It lives the full spectrum of time, the future, the present and past.

Ahhh it’s a bit like the The laws of science that say you have to be stopped before you can reverse direction if only for an instance… err forgetting the world is revolving or maybe the entire galaxy moving….

However being a spiritualist maybe you know what goes through a Fly’s mind when he hits an express train head on travelling at 120mph….. or am I showing my age ???
