Addictions There are nights when I wrap myself in memories of what was, and once again can feel our bodies entwined, until we have no beginning …and no end. You are my addiction, my drug of choice, a close to lifelong habit that I am unable to break. I am a prisoner of this compulsion that has held me bound within the walls of a lonely cell. I have no regrets, you are a mere phantom of all that is past, and yet there are nights when I wrap myself in memories of what was, and once again can feel our bodies entwined, until we have no beginning …and no end.
