Wisped by breath
the line swayed from pole to pole,
Cresting inner waves.

        Tidal had been the voice.
         Pulsating,
           Rippling.
         Now, a whisper, an echo.

Tidal voice
Passed among the lines.

I like the poem, but the formatting is not the way I would like so I'll try to explain a way I think it would be more appealing.  When I clicked to center most of it, I could not change what I wanted to put at a margin.

I had planned to begin each beginning line of the second verse at the same margin.  (Then the third verse would be centered again.)   I think it would have been probably a bit better paced.

Anyway, thanks for reading it as it is...

I'm so sorry you suffered formatting woes with this... for you're right. *S* I liked it very much before reading your comment... but with that in mind, I read it again... and heard the tidal voice, lapping at my mind, enhancing the words. *S*

Excellent work!!!

suthern,

You too kind, Lady!  Thanks for doing a double-take on it, and giving me the feedback.  It's such a pleasure to hear from you again.  I hope things are well with you.

hugs,
