and barefoot wind weeps softly stammering for so many mysteries oh heart of mine what handmaiden trinity lay tenantless opulance cascades consumption of white open power and yet they hesitate and do no longer move a mother in the shout of silence red dwarfed sacrifice raping the mind of a mother she holds her head deep in her hands as if ashamed passes slowly through before night hovers or' shiny depths of midnight pools are the high gods gone in these black haired moments imprisioned streams touching vacancy hurled with dreadful torrents upon the consciousness agaonized by shattered walls youth dives through unsighted hell lives yet undreamed and we pray giant tears tilted downward |
