Easter sunday began with a yawn
then chocolate sprinkle drinks
before noon on the lawn

a little spring cleaning
as the sun warms the cold
a little too breezy
couldn't stay out too long

so in for an early night cap
a couple of movies
and a late evening nap

then alone after midnight
thoughts of a resurrection
the purpose of this night
what it all really means

guilt rearing it's ugly head
I pick up the bible
and read ephesians instead
Grace be to all,..
I was reminded of again
of those who love Jesus
in true sincereity to the end....

so remember with me
will you please???
just for a moment...
get down on your knees...

see I had almost forgotten,
thought forgiveness wasn't mine,
but yesterday I found out,
that everything, will be just fine!!!
