welcome any suggestions to beautify my writing. -------------------------------- A poem for Passing Shadows. It is spring time, Passing, Allow the softly scented air Wipe your tears from last snow. Revive the lost fair Allow the gentle arms of April shower, Lead you out of past winter’s dust. Again, a solitaire Make a crown of honor Out of emerald leaves A skirt matching your beauty Out of May flowers. Make a necklace from rose buds And a pocketful of its thrones Present of your heart of kind With heavenly care With burning desire To another heart of man-kind If you get hurt Dart out the thrones Head higher Back straighter “I owe you none!” Away and fast, you run . Kind lady shall always be cherished as jewel. |
