If Only... My heart has been stained with lies, The altar of hollow pain, But can I lose just one game twice, Can live through the same loss again? The dust now covers the way That's deadlock - without an end. My traces the light once erased And utterly blinded me then. My heart, so ardent, yet whole, This light on my way has recalled. It's you... now my life's in your hands. You're part of me - alone I can't stand. But if only with you I could be... I'm thinking of you all the time, Wonder if you sometimes Still remember of me. If only in your arms just one night I could spend and then die, I would die... Only for you... Always try to be happy today, But tomorrow will come, Just as yesterday came. And between us are hours and miles, Love's put through the trials Of distance and time. And, living in fear the light will be gone, You open your eyes once - No more you see one. I leave all my dreams for tomorrow's day, My sweet tears of love to you Keep up this flame. If only with you I could be... I'm thinking of you all the time, Wonder if you sometimes Still remember of me. If only in your arms just one night I could spend and then die, I would die... Only for you... |
