The Ides of March The Ides of March have come and gone And left its shadows liaison They fell upon the ground in gray And made it hard to find my way I searched the forest of appease Watched the dancing of the leaves Made metaphors of what I could And stored my mind those understood An arrows time has pierced my heart And shred the canvas of my art I find no water left to drink The clouds within the mist past shrink And age does not forgive mistake It shrinks to dust the essence lake And once again becomes the grime To form again in chaos time And who can know what time will bring Or what will be the coming spring? |

Janet Marie Dearest Tink, Your comment is like a bowl of chicken soup. And there is nothing I could use more at this moment. Tell Randy I'd trade places with him if I could. Your reply is like a resporator to me, I don't know how long it will last but I thank you for it. You read me like no one else I know and I am thankful to you. Stay well and know you are always in my heart and mind. Sy ![]() |

Sy, Truly beautiful. I myself wonder what will be coming, but I think I'll take it as it does. I don't think I could handle knowing for certain.... Thanks for provoking some thought out of me today... Terry ~you reached inside, you touched my heart, |

I find the following especiall fine!: "The Ides of March have come and gone And left its shadows liaison They fell upon the ground in gray And made it hard to find my way I searched the forest of appease Watched the dancing of the leaves Made metaphors of what I could And stored my mind those understood" I'm just not 'grammatically sure' about the last line above?! |

So, sir Sy, does dislexia cause one to alter small words and turn them backwards? Nice write as always.... |
