Anger grips me, I lose control, you muddle up my head and heart so theres no way of untangling, making sense or coming to terms with whats been said.

Shes with you, I'm not I should accept it but I cant.

we were tangled up in each others souls, caught up in our exclusive web where no-one could enter or break in, somehow you got set free and I'm left to bring all the pieces together, to link up what you left behind

Nothing makes sense anymore, now that you're gone. No meaning or rhyme to anything that I do. Everyday is spent counting down the minutes until I can sleep again. Until I can dream and transport my mind to another time and place.

We used to be happy, it used to be easy now I can only imagine what it would be like to have you back in my arms, to feel you in my heart and know that you are staying.

I see you in my dreams, you are smiling, your eyes are filled with love, you hold me like we never were apart. I hold you closely savouring this moment and its almost like we were never apart..

I wonder though, if you would really want someone back after they have left you for another...remember the good times and remember that they don't know what they have given up until it is too late...

I can appreciate how difficult it is to experience such a quagmire of gut-wrenching emotions. May you have calmer seas ahead.
