Embarrassed By the low cut front Of the dress or perhaps By how little it allows one to see It’s ridiculous to suggest That sex is a discovery of recent years Just by virtue of the fact we are here After twenty-nine or so When things started to go And others are now more in style What was then new Becomes pathetically droll With a touch of sadness to its smile . |
