Since I'm obviously not going to fall asleep again ... /why not do something useless; write something ridiculous? ... In California, the fish have bones in them. I know; I almost swallowed one. No, no; I mean a fish. Swallowing dead fish may not be good for you, although I never heard of anywone's ever getting bitten by a cooked fish. But in the millions of years since eating began and biting was invented it surely must have happened several times. Anyway, what was I talking about? Obviously I will get no more sleep ... When you go to a restaurant in California ask them could they please remove the fish. Tactfully explain to them that you are from another state ... Ah, Jaime... the stories one could tell of fish. A salmon's bones become edible, with enough cooking. Like the kind that are canned. But having had one caught in my throat one time, I trust no fish with bone. So I enjoy fish, carefully...all the while knowing that "revenge" might occur! I hope that you will find some good sleep this night. K |
