Some part of me always thought there would be a time, a moment in passing, if no more than a few thousand nanoseconds of this down winding lifetime, when I would say goodbye for no more good reason I suppose than the courtesy of closing doors, or as a simple cleansing for increasing sensitivity to karmic threads; the older I get the more allergies I seem to have, perhaps a soul can become allergic to karma. I wonder if there is a special antihistamine for dregs left by dust mites feasting on the ancient deeds moldering on the shelves where the Akashic records await us all so patiently. ©2007 by icebox . |

perhaps a soul can become allergic to karma. I know the feeling as I fight one thing after another...beginning to wonder what it is to feel "good" again or is that well~~~ ![]() M |

"I wonder if there is a special antihistamine for dregs left" AH-CHEW! I do not know what potion might help but perhaps you are only growing finer thus the little bugs enjoy you all the more. Like a fine wine, they now sip and savor you at their leisure, much like your readers do ... we savor your writing. *wink wink* Love this write! always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |

They say, or I say (getting confused in my old age) that we make our own karma so any allergic reaction to that must be our own need of change. We're entitled to allergies when we become older and it takes a lot of investigation to find out exactly what we are allergic to so delve, dear icebox, delve but you do and you have been for some time now if your writings are anything to go by. Sometimes we have to close the door on ourselves in order to step out anew. |

Great analogy, Mr. C. I still hold onto my hope that there is an antihistamine...just too full of myself at the moment to practice it diligently (need to fix that, don't I.) ![]() |

this is so good in so many ways...like walking in to a wise man's domain and listening carefully to his words of wisdom gleaned from a lifetime of learning...such keen observations...absolutely enthralled |
