 Heavenly Dream ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ I slipped to sleep in peaceful slumber. Cast off the chains of Earth’s encumber. I rose up past the moon and stars, And on beyond the planet Mars. Particularly relevant at the moment as I have spent all evening putting a life story video presentation together for a close friends father's funeral. This poetry reminds one of the beauty of death at a time (February) when it seems to be always at 'our' door... |

Yes, I too have heard that February ranks #1 on the list of times when people pass over, with November being #2 on the list. They also happen to be the dreariest months of the year.
