. The sun sets To the West On Frankfort Michigan Along the shore Lights of town Begin to shine Bells on pretentious Little sporting boats At anchor softly ring The summer air At night was cool In the forest Crickets sang We hardly cared What hour it was Or if dawn as well Ever came . |
