With men like you
I should hold back sighs

Whenever you are fingertipping
My spine

You never really hold
Anything

So when you drop me

It
Is
Not
Your
Fault

And I am just a woman

Why,
Of course!
Hormonal
And bloody

'You're overreacting'
Is such a common assault

Rolled off the tongue
Several times a month
Despite nature
And her visit only once

That I would beat my chest
With fierce reprise

Had I no breasts

Or sense.
