Sleep And let time rest Softly on your slumber The night is not So dark And in our dreams Again young and strong Beyond all mortal imagining We too in love Shall gather And when your hair Then softly spreads its luster Beneath those starry skies I will come Your faithful paramour And hold you In my arms . |
