It's funny how a feeling can change
In only a single day
Because all I've ever wanted was confidence
And I almost had it
And then I felt it drift away
Like mimicking the sun
It left with the day
And I can almost be positive
about my feelings of tomorrow
But the day is as unpredictable
As my moods.
