i would speak not of careless things were i to speak of thee i would not hold common things were i to near hold thee touch me with thy softest touch in the very heart of me lead me gently, smile softly keep me close to thee in the glimmer of the fireplace light or the glistening of the cup as mother nature warms our dreams with weathered snow pristine and dream of that which might yet be in dreams of quietude and dream of that which might yet be together in solitude |

"and dream of that which might yet be in dreams of quietude and dream of that which might yet be together in solitude" ~ I read these lines over and over again. I do so know what you mean ~ and you expressed those feelings very poetically! ![]() Linda |
