Captivated You have your camera in hand, Capturing the event as it unfolds before you, You are the artist and it is your canvas, your camera your brush Click, you take a picture of a group of people talking, Capturing the capturing the conversation, With all the joy, happiness, and laughter that it contains Click click, you capture the kids chasing each other around the room, Carefully weaving through the crowd of people, Laughing and smiling You are in invisible, observing the world from the outside in Suddenly you spy her, Smiling, laughing, chatting, Her smile makes the world around her light up, Her laughter, Casting a spell over you, A spell that you surrender completely to You walk closer to her, to capture her forever, Before she’s gone You raise the camera to your face, Click, Again, Click, You move closer, Greedy for a better look click, Suddenly she spies you, You cure her peripheral vision, She blushes, You smile and blush in return, Click A picture of the face that has captivated you |
