I hover sadly through past noon, confined to an empty room, as my father shuffles past, completing his menial task What is the meaning of my worldly worth, if I cannot enjoy this sunny Earth? As I sit and watch life go by, I realise, soon, I will cease to be So what have I done so far? Learnt to walk, learnt to swim, how will this last in the memory of those who as yet do not twinkle in their fathers' eye? But yet, when I relax and play, my thoughts drift to things less 'real', my life is wasted on my crotch. |

I hover sadly through past noon, confined to an empty room~ Liked this part. after the 2nd stanza though it seemed to lose the structure... Great 1st post though. Welcome to Passions. hunnie ![]() ~fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me~ |
