Hiding in our room against Angel's crib
scared to death you'll
strike me once again.
I hear you coming down the long narrow hall
Angel starts to cry I
quickly shh him taking him out of the crib.
You enter the room and snatch him out of
my arms making him cry
even louder once again.
As you place him back down in the crib you
grab a hold of me and drag
me out of the room slamming the door.
You scream and push me down hitting me
till I wish I stoped breathing
when you stop you leave slamming another door.
I straighten up the mess and rock Angel
to sleep in the middle of
the night you come back and wake me telling me you love me and your so sorry.
You tell me not to leave and that you'll
stop beating me but its got
to the point you haven't got better.
I feel you strick me harder than before
so just for Angel sake I
have to run and it kills me I have to.
