Falling rain

 It started out Only as friends But how was I to know that it was all pretend? A few weeks later We were tight as can be But that was all a charade Just too blind to see I have to admit You turned me on You were always there But I fell for that stupid love song. Wasted emotions And too many tears But now I'm moving on There's no reason to fear I know I can move on And I'm better without No reason to cry Or even to shout I can breathe again And smile ever-now and then I'm not wasting time on you I'm not gonna do that again I can see the light And see the sense in this rhyme. I know I'll be okay It'll all get better in time. "The picture at the top is an actually picture of me." hehe |
