The Other Girl

You say "Baby you're the only one for me."
I believe you.
But all of my friends said "Girl he is just using you."
I blow them off like a fly on my shoulder.
The truth was that they were right.
I saw you walking in the mall, while I was with my friends.
You weren't alone.
There was another girl holding your hand.
I stopped dead in my traks, tears forming in my eyes.
You look over and see me.
Quickly you drop her hand.
As you run over to me, my friends grab me and walk me away.
They wipe the tears off my face, while scowling, and cursing at you.
I feel broken and blank.
Finally I saw the truth...
There was another girl.
