One Heart, One Love

Somewhere in the distance
a heart is beating wildly.
Two hears become one,
as their breathing becoms equal.

These two hearts beating
find a happy, wonderful ryhthm.
And suddenly I hear
two mouths join in laughter.

This laughter I hear is filled
with the love they share.
Anyone would be jelous,
because they were perfect.

AS this laughter starts to die,
words fill the unwanted silence.
These words were not quiet...
as he proclaimed their love to the world.

Applause from all around sounds,
and for some odd reason I can see them.
I see their faces paited with smiles,
and a happy glow surrounds them.

Why can't that be me?
How can someone not love me,
the way those two do?
