Such fragile things we are inside. Build our walls to hide our pain. We're just like window's. Glass on the inside and a windowpane to hold our frame. Holding ourselves when we don't want the world to see. That our frozen tears are nothing more Then we want for our self to be. A moment of pretending will save another to worry. Just so we can hide this pain; and no one else to hurt. Our pain is a smoldering fire. Hidden in ashes but strong enough to be burnt. Fragile is ourselves. Don't deny the truth we hide. A fake smile will tape up our broken pride. But in our time of need we'll open up. Because the pain is too much to bear. A shoulder to cry on. A relief and no more will we shed another tear. |

Wow. I really liked that. It's made me take a look at a lot of the things going on in my life right now. "A fake smile Will tape up our broken pride." I Loved that. |
