View Me in the Light The deepest shadow doth compare Unto the dawn so bright Why should we have the day But to compare the night Thus there is no sorrow But the kind which we create The sun sets on the water The moon rise honors fate For you can see in darkness Tis better than the light When all we have thus to compare Is the ever darkening night This is the glory of man To know what matters most And of his darkest night So quietly to boast So rise with me silvered moon Shed down upon the storm Forever remember my bright dawn The sun which gives me form Be who you are And say what you feel 'Cause those who mind don't matter And those who matter don't mind -Dr Suess |
