Your Leaving Back

I'm sitting here in a tank top and panties,
Waiting to hear from you.
I keep thinking you'll come back to me,
And make these emotions into something good.

I'm being flooded,
My breathing cut off,
And all because you came around,
And opened that dam letting it all come pooring down.

I've never felt like I did for you before.
Never had someone I really wanted,
And then you go and turn me down,
Now in my emotions I'm about to drown.

So before you shut me off,
And say your real goodbyes,
Come back around to hug me one last time,
And stop the emotions from coming down.

Keep them from over taking me,
Put me back to how I was,
That solid wall I used to me,
Who wouldn't cry over the non-existant 'you and me'.

Make me strong and whole again,
Stop the holes from coming back.
Make the dam for my emotions strong and solid,
To keep me from crying at your leaving back.
