Forgive Me Please

Forgive me please baby...
For what I’m about to say,
Will hurt you deeply,
And leave a very noticeable scar.

It was all just stupid really,
I couldn’t remember how much I drank.
The party’s music roared,
And I could feel him all over me.

I didn’t want to at first,
But after awhile everything was a blur.
His hands wouldn’t stop,
And somehow—I let it happen.

Forgive me please baby...
I didn’t mean for it to be this way.
I love you with all my heart,
Now—can we make this right?
