if i hurt you
i really didnt mean to
i thought the truth
would help me move on
but did i really need to

i can't see the truth
could this be lies stacked high
but the truth is that
i dont know the truth

my heart is a
mixed up word
that can never be
made straight
and is always
sendiing a
different signal

but i would rather have
you then him
i can see that
clearly now
that i cant have both
nothing else to say
about that

but i get the feeling
that you wouldnt leave him alone
if i let him go
if so i would like to know
