im standing here
alone in the rain
warm august storms blow hard
as i strggle to think
i have to say
i think im the blame
i drown in my regret
every time i blink
ive got no umbrella
and no shelter to call home
i dont have a hand to hold
as i walk the world alone
soaking wet from head to foot
im taking this all in
theres nothing in this world i want more
than to give up and start again
