Big, round, green, and gorgeous; her eyes avoid
my own. Knowing how I see right through her smile, trying to convince herself I don't.
But it doesn't fool me, no matter what you say,
all is transparent, all the time, every day.

I see how she hurts, what this is doing to her. She keeps running away from
people who may harm
her. I understand I do the same,
but I am not
new to this game. She could die of isolation,
surround herself in unbearable pain.

I understand how it feels to be left to die.
Betrayed by what you loved,
feeling like you
could fly. She can't say I don't see,
'cause I see perfectly. This is where I used to stand,
now far away,
I live while I can. I wont allow her to slip away,
I forbid that she be taken by
pain.

Emily.. I LOVE THIS... its really amazing.. so amazing.. i feel this and understand it soo much.. and at the moment i feel like i'm almost in the same position..

I AM in this situation. I think we all are. It's the horrible game that we play. Never allowed to do anything but smile, and ignore others pain which they must try to conseal! It makes me so MAD! sorry

wa-oh. very nice, very nice. oh my friend Josh says that all the time the "very nice, very nice" lol maybe i shouldn't talk to his so often- lol. but it was great- loved your descriptiveness.
