Layback on my chill Snow brings down my optimism Too Cool to be snowed in Shovel all obstruction of my bliss Relax in a cave not far Observe stalagmites and stalagtites Those who look up and others who look down I'd like to stay humble on a middle ground Leave the cave back into January's Winter Too Numb to feel pain Too Cool to stay still Fight with snowballs on unfair terrain Gather my weapon and release Outnumbered so I retreat To the land across the sheet On the journey the ice cracks Too Ignorant to swim Too Strong to be so helpless Too Cool to let them see Pull myself up Shivers down my spine Dry off a little Act like everything is just fine Too Cool to be snowed in Too Cool to stay still Too Cool to let them see Too Cool to be myself |

By the way by ignorant... I'm referring to myself cause I can't swim. Yet this isn't a true story. |
