Sometimes it feels as though I’m standing on a stage
With the whole world watching
And every time I make a mistake
They laugh in my face

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother to try
But every time I fall
I pull myself back up
If for no other reason
Than to prove to them
That I can

Hi Brittany,

I can't believe how close to home this one hits! Not only do I get horrible stage fright on the stage but also when I'm off! I think you described the whole thing just right. And I love how you finished the poem, the ending was perfecT!
