The first time he touched me I screamed in my head ever since then I've wished he was dead I was so quiet i didn't make a peep I layed awake while he thought i was asleep I knew he'd been drinking I could smell it on his breath He moved his fingers all over me I was scareed to death he ran his hands up and down my skin and since then I can never forget his sin He flicks off the light on the kitchen wall and sneaks into his bed down the hall Why does no one notice where he goes at night and how does he manage to stay out of sight I always remember and go back to that day no matter what i do I just cant get away he took my purity and made me ashamed even after i told it was still me he blamed Always my fault oh how I would taunt and tease he said i was the one who was begging him please but really back then i was so damn innocent the devil got mad and it was him he sent But life goes on forgive and forget stuff happens you get what you get so again i'll push it away far from my head forget all the horror that went on in my bed. ~I admit I know this is definatley not one of my better poems but.. tried 4 two years to write this and i settled for this version... another version posted in CA though~ |

That was really heavy hunnie...I don't know how a person gets beyond forgiveness when these things happen....which I know they do far to often...thanks for sharing. |

oh Krysti dear, considering all, and not considering anything it was well written, i would say it was beautiful, the implications and the idea and hurt in it seem too defiling to call it that, but it was beautifully written. -Kate
