Gloom Sonnet 09 06 That my life is full of darkness And cold of real is doubtless, Yet I overcome all the sadness. Continue to rise when painful And try to not become spiteful When the cup is empty not full, Heartbeats keeping pace. Beyond the flowers and candy, Hidden in obscure lines of poetry There are feelings that might be. I never expect what tomorrow might bring For acceptance is more nothing That from chill dark thought spring Heartbeats keeping pace. Gloom |

quote: Your words, dear Professor Glooom, hold the same hope that graces us with every new sunrise (see Alison's "Silently there"). Beautiful write! Love, Margherita |

Gloom, this is less gloomy than usual. Bravo! I almost saw a smile flickering on your face, then - and it felt good to almost-see! Please accept mine - Have a lovely day. Owl |
