I hear Angels singing their lullaby as I close my eyes baby's breath upon my eyelids as I search for slumber what I seek I can not often find for I am stuck within my troubled mind I pray as God places his hand upon my cheek and whispers I am all that you seek answers can not be found within this life until you have accepted and felt my love divine do not seek what you can not see for your destiny is in my eternity do not trouble your heart with trivial things for it is not living when you live in fear rather live in my glory and drink of my wine and be my immortal bride emptiness can only get you so far it is true love that you seek but my child it is not in another human being it is within my promise of eternal life that you will find the peace you seek not in materialistic things or status quo for I am he, who knows you well not some stranger that will leave you out in the cold Seek not the flesh when the heart is weak Seek not an embrace when tears fall down your face Seek my love when the light is dim for I am he, who will guide you home The only time we waste is the time we spend thinking we are alone. |
