Hyperion shed your golden tears And wash away my grief A light to burn away my fears Rekindle my belief In everything that’s good and pure Under eternal sun Blessed be the one who sees The joining has begun Long I’ve travelled east to west Under your warming rays The trials of my bitter nights Vindicated by your days Hyperion shine forever more I shall not walk alone Father of gods flesh and blood Light my way back home Never sigh for a better world, it's already composed, played and told. |
