My friends, Martin Luther King had a dream, he seen a revolution, a scene, he didn't expect to lucidly bleed yet he did, now I'm standing on his podium with a dream united we fall, and fallen bodies rise in humanities stream see the trinity in light beams, Poetry, Music, and Rhythm much more involved then gunshots and murderous victims fragile life, a glass box rotating around the circle of time meteors slam the infrastructure, it rebuilds with rhymes orbiting compassion, overruled by the shadows of hate let these rhymes reach who stay up and wallow till late an army of love, a message delivered by the common man with a brigade behind me, in war scarred and barren land as the desert spills into the sand, melted rubies flow dark blood red, with white droplets and a whitened glow hope does show, as the stream circulates around the lines from desert to oceans, fault lines, and even hidden mines and as they meet their origin, they reach the planet's core mother earth was pregnant, and we are what she stored connected we are, no matter what skin color or race no matter what mental disorder or problem we face we came from the earth, we came from the same origin this is the type of truth that can't be injected like heroin it takes a person to admit mistakes that have been made to cry with remorse for the pain that they have gave it takes a person to contemplate, and decide to change so what does that make us? do we not have the range? humanity is extinct, unless the cycle can be destroyed and replaced with the melted rubies to fill the void. The Choice is Yours. |
