Bones would love to
just walk away
from the cruel
rough trade life,
where clients
often treat him mean,
and hurt him.

Sadly, he has these
very human needs
for food,
shelter from the elements,
and clothing to conceal
his nakedness,
and keep him warm.

So he must grind along
in his misery.

Bobby

Sadly, many lives are not at all easy. To be in such a situation in early childhood is quite simply dramatic.

Every single being, but especially every child should be granted a dignified life. And yet no political strategies seem ever able to meet these basic exigencies.

Love,
Margherita

Thanks dear Margherita,

You've nailed it exactly.

You're a good, and wise woman.

Hi Bobby, an other very descriptive and concrete poem that underlines injustice of the society...Thank you very much.

A hero is he who knows that quitting isn't a true option, and puts his shoulder to the grinding wheel and makes it through the day. Let's have one for Bones!

Thanks Yann,

Yes, I think all societies are unjust.  Something should be done about it.

Very sad continuing story but you create the emotions and images very well Bobby.
Takes the reader into the scenes that most never experience in their life.
They have no idea.

Thanks Eric,

For the very kind words on the poem.

It's good that most people don't experience what Bones did.

He's missed.
