Am I Such A Failure Who am i kidding! I know that i can't write the words I think I can; and I put them together But I know that they are nothing They mean nothing but they matter, What was I thinking of Why did I think I could? To me words are meaningless I am a failure to ever think I should This is not what I am meant to be doing All my life I failed in the things that I try to do So this is just one more failure Add this to my list long over due, Who am I to know the reason? What is my purpose in this sad place? Did I ever have all that I wanted Yes I did! as soon as I saw loves face, Annie 21-12-2008 |

Annie, I hope this doesn't reflect your true emotions. There are people here, including myself, that enjoy your verse. I do feel the same at times, luckily I've got my girlfriend talking sense into me at such times. Have a marvelous day! Mark |

Thank you Mark I guess it all boils down to frustration at times, especially if you live alone as i do and you start to think of things, I sometimes feel better when i have written the frustration out  |

Well, Annie, the good thing is that you write about it. You keep exploring your soul, and you keep writing. That, in itself, is already very good. It's also good that you vent this in beautiful poetry; God knows what some people refuge into...Keep writing! Mark |
