A Message for Marge My dear Marge I will certainly miss you For no more will we swap our emails, A bright light has somehow diminished But your memory will always prevail, -------- As she climbs up those great golden stairs From Earth where she was always adored, She will take up her place of prominence Just on the right hand side of the lord. And then when God smiled at dear Marge I’m sure he said, ‘welcome to Paradise, I’ve been waiting for a special Angel like you And I know that you will more than suffice.’ ‘You’ve been a caring person, loving & kind Loved and respected wherever you went, What beautiful memories you’ve left behind, For all that is good is what you represent. ----------- I am sure if Marge has a rose garden Up there in that garden of dreams, It will be tended with love & compassion And will be judged by God as supreme. So Marge you’ll not be forgotten Even though you are now deceased For you are one of God’s treasured Angels From us all here on earth, Rest in Peace. Lindsay |

Lindsay, I can just see our Marge up there in Heaven in her rose garden, picking a bunch of Crimson Glories, and holding them up to her face, and their exquisite scent lighting up the smile of her lips and eyes. Thank you for this image and for the lovely poem. Owl |
