God Give Me Strength.. God give me strength to fight the powers that be God give me strength to stop the attacks on me, I never asked for the beatings or the kicks to the stomach I received I only wanted to please him I didn't try to deceive It really wasn't my fault I only tried to be good I don't remember picking the knife up I hoped he understood, Now I am in prison for trying to protect my own And my loving violent husband wont find a punch bag at home, Annie, 08-09-2008 |

Thank you, although my ex is an alcoholic and did kick me around i am now divorced and happy  |

Its sad that so many women have to suffer this way and some do end up in jail from just protecting themself Hope |

Heart-wrenching to think that anyone would have gone through this or anything like this, but, then, again, very effective writing and, yes, I'm sooooo, sooooo very, very happy to have had the opportunity to see your face on the picture here, today, with your big, big, bright, smile. Thank you Bob he now, due to alcohol has lost both his legs and is now in a wheelchair Due to blood clots caused through excessive drinking and steroid taking..very sad..  |
