O Restless lover, bid thee close thine eyes, And greet the night, with love, within my arms, The light is gone, we lay with darkened skies, Though eyes of mine retain thy female charms, Thy pliancy beneath my gentle hand Doth speak the volumes, soft, of inner peace, Thy conscious, yield to me without command, So kindred spirits may find their release, In reverie, I feel thy soul retire, Thy weary heart must rest and come my way, In Hypnos' arms, thy love will I inspire, And hold thee tight until the break of day, We ride the night upon our lunar beam, Together now, within this passion's dream. With love and adoration, for A Romantic Heart. I stand alone, no legions shall dare my path. |
