You brought me to this
place with your patience
and your love.
We have grown in our
delight for each other
and celebrated
every new day kissed
by the sun.

You taught me how to
trust again and showed
me how strength
and courage are not
mere words.

I am amazed by your
compassion,
renewed by your
kindness,
and each day I am
so thankful that
I am yours and you are mine.
