forgiveness, a foreign concept out of style with today's age when it happened, i cried narcissistic tears of naivety and betrayal i have grown in spirit and now i am mourning the hurt child you used to be crying for the hatred that has consumed your humanity but i refuse to follow in your footsteps i was drunk on disillusionment and bitterness now, abstaining from the bottle, i am able to see clearly to follow in your footsteps would be to give you power to hate you would be to wrong you echoing words i stated numbly long before i was ready i finally forgive you and myself. |

hi - am new - but looking to get down to some serious work -and fun! 16 lines which talks of bitterness and forgiveness - tells the tale of love and aspirations and growth and self annealing psychology... after some wacky alcoholic binges - wow! Good to read. HAZARD |
