You lie beside me; tender, sweet,
A velvet press of lips we'll meet,
Caresses soft, a loving touch,
Your beauty mine, it seems too much.

All heavens lights and woman's grace
Reflected 'pon your moonlit face,
Serenity anticipates,
An eve of gentle sighs awaits.

As oceans deep and dark as night,
Yet holding fast an angel's light,
A hand upon your heart, I'll rise
To count the stars within thine eyes.

For A Romantic Heart.

When I see your face all the angels are shamed.
