There is a day that will come when days will turn to weeks, weeks will turn months, and months into years. Sooner or later our memories will be gone with the wind and all thats left of us is our old fragile frame. These pictures I hold here, represent my life before today. Whether they be good or bad, I still have the faint memory. So now as I put these pictures back in my old worn out shoe box, I remember those good old days... when life used to be simple. julianna |

Life was simple back when we were children and the stress hadn't set in yet. That's how I feel, really. Loved this..made me think about gak and my super soaker..in a sentimental and kind of sad way... |

JustAFStar - Sometimes we poets need to write from outside the box, so to say. Funny thing about memories, you hear a song and a memory pops up. Or you inhale an odor and a memory flashes. Yet, I keep the photos too. Perhaps times were more simple because we were more innocent. Enjoyed. Namyh |

It's true ... poetry is like a diary, opened, for all to see us as we grow and remember us as we used to be. Rex |
